Effective August 16, 2022 out of respect of Rashida’s Healing Hand’s, LLC there will be a NO SHOW and 24-hour Advanced NOTICE and Renewal Massage policies implemented. If an emergency situation arises, please let me know so that I can treat your specific situation with personal attention. I understand and recognize there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) I may make an exception to the below policies on those rare occasions. For new clients there will be a 50% deposit down before massage session. If you cancel within 24 hrs deposit will be fully refunded if fail to cancel within 24 hrs deposited will not be refunded.  If you are a established client there will be a charged for full amount if it’s a single massage session and you fail to no show or give me a 24-hour notice there will be NO EXCEPTIONS. That amount must be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment. If there is massage credit remaining on your account for example (pre booked massage sessions, gift certificates, etc), the full amount of that session will be removed from your account. 

Renewal Packages: If you renew massage package payment must made before next massage session. No booking massages then paying on next massage session.

If no show or failing to cancel within 24-hour keep occurring with 2 or more within a year. Client will be removed and have to find service somewhere else time and respect is imperative to the business.

Late Arrivals: If you are late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
