If an emergency situation arises, please let me know ASAP so that I can treat your specific situation. I understand and recognize there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) I MAY make an exception to the below policies on those rare occasions. For new clients there will be a 50% deposit down before massage session. If you cancel within the 24 hr policy deposit will be fully refunded if you fail to NO SHOW or fail to cancel within 24 hr deposited will NOT be refunded. If you are a established client there will be a charged for full amount for single massage session if you fail to NO SHOW or not give me a 24-hour notice there will be NO EXCEPTIONS. That amount MUST be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment NO EXCEPTIONS. If there is massage credit remaining on your account for example (pre booked massage on package, gift certificates, etc), the full amount of that session will be automatically used.

 Packages: If you renew massage package payment must made before next massage session there will be no pre booking massage appointments then paying on next massage session NO EXCEPTIONS!

INSURANCE: If you fail to do no show or fail to cancel within 24 hour notice there will be a $25.00 fee must paid before scheduling next massage session NO EXCEPTIONS!

If no show or failing to cancel within 24-hour keeps occurring with two times within a year. Client will be removed and have to find service somewhere else time and respect is imperative to the business.

Late Arrivals: If you are late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given.

When arrival for massage appointments please remove any loose jewelry on body and please do not wear any no creams, oils, perfumes and fragrances to you appointment.
